On October 20, 2019 in the City House of Kirgesheim municipality, near Miluz, organized by the Nikola Tesla Club, the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War was marked by the projection of documentary film "Serbia in the Great War" by author Slađana Zarić. In addition, in the town's foyer, on that day, visitors could see an exhibition of Serbian-French friendship during the First World War, authored by Alexis Troude, a professor of geopolitics at the University of Versailles.

Ceremony was opened by Mile Bratuljević, President of the Nikola Tesla Club, Michael Cheray, Assistant Mayor Kirghenshajm, and A. Šimšić, Consul of RS in Strasbourg, who reminded that Serbia has given innumerable victims for the values of civilization, for freedom and peace in humanity, for tolerance and a better future, and reminded of the French-Serbian friendship born during the war.

At the invitation of the Club, professor Troude who came from Paris, in his short presentation, after the projection of the film, explained the events that brought about the friendship of the Serbian and French people, as well as the weight of the struggle conducted by the Serbian people, the strategic position in the battles and the immense courage and the determination that resulted in the breakthrough of the Thessaloniki Front, the victory and the signing of the Truce.

The event, which showed the cultural and spiritual necessity of the Serbian people to give an eternal honor to their famous and brave ancestors, was attended by: representatives of the local authorities, representatives of the Club, our citizens, including the teacher of regular classes Snezana Miletic with her pupils, Professor Alexis Troude and the Consul of RS in Strasbourg.
